1. Services Provided
Webz Fusion will provide the Client with maintenance services according to the selected package:

• Corporate Website Maintenance: Up to 8 hours of monthly maintenance, including updates, security checks, backups, speed optimization, and bug fixes.
• E-commerce Website Maintenance: Up to 12 hours of monthly maintenance, including product updates, security checks, backups, speed optimization, and bug fixes.
• Ad-hoc Webmaster Services: Provided on a pay-as-you-need basis, charged hourly at S$125 per hour.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment for annual plans (Corporate Website Maintenance and E-commerce Maintenance) is due upfront at the time of subscription.
• Payment options include credit card (Stripe, PayPal) or PayNow, with discounts for PayNow payments.
• For Ad-hoc Webmaster services, payment is due upon completion of the requested task(s).

3. Service Delivery

• Corporate Website Maintenance provides a response time of 4 hours during business hours and 12 hours outside business hours. Maximum of 8 hours of work per month.
• E-commerce Website Maintenance provides a response time of 3 hours during business hours and 12 hours outside business hours. Maximum of 12 hours of work per month.
• Ad-hoc Webmaster Services: Response time and completion are based on availability and mutual agreement between Webz Fusion and the Client.

4. Scope of Work
The services provided under each package include but are not limited to:

• SEO-optimized content updates (text, media, and products).
• Daily backups.
• Security checks and malware cleanups.
• Bug fixing and code/design issue resolution.
• Speed optimization and performance tuning.
• CMS and plugin updates.
• On-demand website restoration from backups.

5. Exclusions
The following are not included under the standard maintenance plans:

• Development of new features or major design overhauls.
• Services requiring more hours than the allotted monthly limit (additional hours may be charged separately or negotiated as part of a new service).
• Custom functionality development, unless explicitly stated in the plan.

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for maintenance tasks, including website credentials, content, and any required media.

7. Term & Termination

• The maintenance agreement is effective for one year for Corporate and E-commerce Maintenance plans, and renewable upon mutual agreement.
• Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the plan.
• Webz Fusion reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms by the Client.

8. Liability
Webz Fusion will not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from third-party services or software updates. Backups will be performed regularly, but it is the Client's responsibility to verify and retain copies of critical data.

9. Confidentiality
Webz Fusion agrees to maintain confidentiality of the Client’s sensitive information, including website credentials and personal data.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
